Warm Vinyasa: Chief Joseph Elementary Fundraiser Class (Sliding Scale / Donation-Based)

Join me at Firelight Yoga for a special Warm Vinyasa practice in support of Chief Joseph Elementary School and the PTO fundraiser. This all-levels flow blends breath, strength, and mindful movement in a radiantly heated room (approximately 90–95°), offering a steady, feel-good sequence that builds heat from the inside out.

Expect accessible vinyasa progressions, long juicy stretches, and grounding moments of rest, all designed to help you reconnect to your body while showing up for our school community.

No yoga experience required.
